2011 World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest

 

We are in slot S215.  The spot can be found on the website:  www.memphisinmay.org under bbq fest.  We are changing up the design of the booth so do not look for the standard booth.  Several members are working on that today.  The move to the Fairgrounds has made set up much easier than the panels that we have had in the past.  I have not received the wrist bands as of yet but will work on getting them distributed out to those that paid.  The weather is looking awesome over the next few days and we will see what the weekend brings.

 

Schedule:
Wednesday:  members only
Thursday:  Lunch until 11:00
Friday:  Lunch until midnight
Saturday:  Morning is judging contest, lunch until …
